为全力促进就业，县就业创业服务中心创新推出“入企探岗”新模式，将直播间搬进企业，通过实地探访、在线互动等方式，架起企业与求职者之间的“云桥梁”，助力求职者实现高质量就业。

2月27日，县就创中心以“鄱阳县就业之家”抖音号为平台，将招聘直播间“搬”进了江西亮志服饰有限公司，通过“云探岗”方式，带领广大求职者“云游”企业，开启了就业服务的新篇章。

据悉，此次直播1小时20分钟，合计1.7万多人次观看，抖音账户涨粉148个，互动1300多条咨询岗位情况。
